Private Pilates Training 1-on-1 allows me to tailor a workout to your specific needs and fitness goals using a combination of Pilates reformer, chair and mat exercises. While observing you move in person I am able to watch your form and make any corrections necessary.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fee. *DUE TO COVID cancellation fee is waived if you are sick or if you have been exposed to someone who is sick*
