Join this Commit to Fit Challenge and see what a difference just 15-20 minutes of movement per day can make in your body. Each day there will be a new 15-20 minute workout video uploaded for you to do at your own convenience. Commit to doing this every day throughout the month of December to keep your body moving and your stress levels down.
