Start the new year right with regular exercise! Your body and your mental health will thank you. This challenge allows you to exercise whenever it works for you, yet holds you accountable to doing it even on those days where you just don't feel like it. It will include new 20 min or less workouts posted daily. The theme of this month's challenge will be "being a little better than you were yesterday".
